1.paymentsThe payment plan is possible from $250
• +250-500$ ? 50% prepayment The payment plan is possible for 30 days
• 600$? 25% prepayment The payment plan is possible for 60 days. Prepayment needs to be paid within 24 hours after you claim!

2. Ownership & Rights
Artist Retains:
Full copyright and intellectual property rights to the original design.
The right to display the adoptable in your portfolio, social media, or promotional materials.Buyer Receives:

The right to modify the design to suit their needs by me (e.g., changing colors, adding accessories).. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁.3. Allowed Uses
The buyer may:
Use the design for personal projects (e.g., OCs, social media avatars, non-profit RP characters).
Use the design for commercial purposes (e.g., merchandise, branding, games)
Credit is required. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁.4. Prohibited Uses
The buyer CAN NOT:
Resell, redistribute, trade, Giveaway, or edit the design with many changes (e.g., selling for profit).
Claim ownership or authorship of the original design.
Use the design for hateful, illegal, or discriminatory content.
Use the design to train AI models or NFTs.
Use as LGBTQ member (e.g., gay, famboy, tomboy, etc.)
Transfer the license to another party without telling me who's the new owner! ( Gifting). ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁.5. Refunds & Disputes
Any harassment, bribing, or bargaining attempt for prices is unacceptable and may result in a blocklist. My prices are final and non-negotiable. No refunds. ݁₊ ⊹ . ݁ ⟡ ݁ . ⊹ ₊ ݁.6. Customization & Edits
Buyers can make minor edits if they don't alter the character design. (e.g., by adjusting colors or adding details).
